When was the last time you attended a training to build and improve your relationships to accelerate the growth of your business?
If business is made up of relationships and relationships are created through shared experiences; wouldn’t it make sense to polish our relationship building skills?
With Sean R. Callagy and the Unblinded team I have found a systematic way to improve and accelerate my results. They are fully dedicated to master the art of integrous influence to help business people accelerate on achieving their results. Then, on a quarterly basis I attend their full immersion events to help me continue building my skills and results. This is about practice, practice and practice…. Many of my friends give me a hard time for my “training trips”… And for sure that is not stopping me, as I gain pleasure out of meeting extraordinary people and belonging to a tribe that constantly actualize and grow themselves with the mission to improve the world in which they focus their efforts.
Integrous influence is giving more value than I take. Meaning that as I build relationships my intent is to truly get to know the other person. My focus is to understand what motivates, drives and needs the other person. I got tired of having shallow conversations that at the end don’t generate an invitation to collaborate, build together and/or a connection with a third party that helps carry each other’s mission. It is exciting to be able to have a clear way to track my progress, have a community with which I can practice and reach out for support as I embrace the Unblinded formula. It is about being fully present, listening beyond what is being said, enhancing the ability to ask questions to create a unique connection, generating curiosity and leaving the other person wanting more from the interaction.
Our days were long as we have our classroom and outdoor learning opportunities. At all times we are presented with shared experiences. This can be through making a video sharing our experiences and purpose, going to the amusement park, surfing, going to see the sunset and sunrise + jumping all together into the ocean, riding a bull-shark, traveling and exploring new places. All this to get to know each other and learn first-hand how to effectively build a team and confront uncomfortable situations, face our fears, listen and learn from different perspectives and experiences, to continue broadening our perspective and building our skill set…
Thank you Sean and the Unblinded team for a great event, the opportunity to practice on a daily basis and constantly innovate to accelerate building my skills. And most of all for creating this amazing supportive community of business leaders which is constantly surprising each other by the fantastic results achieved on an individual basis. This proximity encourages and drives me to become a better version of myself all the time.
