Keep Progressing Tips

⚠️ Do you find yourself in periods where you progress a lot and then get stuck.. and no matter what.. things seem not to progress at the pace you want?

🤭 I have been there the past weeks. I needed a break. ✨✨ So today I would like to share the tips that my Zero to Hero coaching group gave me… to keep myself at a good rate of progress. 🎈🎈I know all those things but it is always a good reminder.

First take care of my Energy. ✨✨ 🌷 Caring for myself to ensure that I am in a good state is essential. After the holidays and as the year begins the business increases and all of a sudden I am running long hours and out of a good schedule that helps me rest and focus on the important things. 😣 I start feeling anxious and a bit stressed…. Consequently, monitoring 🔎 the activities and the people I surround myself with is important. This ensures I keep more balance on generating flow, being positive and feeling happy. 😊This helps recharge my energy. ⚡️ Also, in the morning, program myself by meditating, setting an intention, being grateful and listening to speakers that inspire me… all these to set myself into a good state for the day.🥰🥰

Second Focus. 👀 With good levels of energy, maintaining focus is easier. Then I can use the first hours ⏳ of the morning to do my most important activities. That will keep me moving forward. Avoid doing too many things 🤹‍♀️ at the same time… apply the “Less is More” approach. Select no more than 3 key activities and get them done… then progress can be evident, creating momentum to continue. Establish quiet times 🤫 to concentrate and stop distractions like messages, phone, and others.

Third Establish a Routine and get to know my body. Learn about your productive times, set specific time to eat, rest, work… so your body supports your efforts. This 3rd one is also an enabler for taking care of my Energy✨ and Focus👀… Think of yourself as if you were a kid that needs to follow a schedule to build the habits and space for what you want happening in your life.

Energy, Focus, and Establishing a Routine seem simple and obvious. We all have heard and experienced them… the key is the consistency and how we execute them on a daily basis that make the incremental changes to move us forward. 🎈🎈
