Peak Perfomance

A peak performance culture is achieved through deliberate intention, focus, relentless leadership and a common mission. I am delighted to be back from a 4-day Unblinded immersion in Grand Cayman (GC). A community where many friendships are nurtured through care and a deep willingness to support each other to achieve more together.

This time the emphasis was on group influence. We engaged in amazing intense days of classroom and outdoor shared experiences to drive rapid learning that builds skills and a team culture. We enjoyed sunsets and sunrises, snorkeled, scuba dived, swam with turtles & sting rays, saw the release of a turtle in the wild, and much more... This is my second time in GC with Unblinded. New distinctions and reflections got imprinted. From people that saw the ocean for the first time and even if they did not know how to swim engaged in the activities. We showed ourselves and the team one more time that we have the ability to stretch our limits and create what we put our minds to. Whatever it takes… we will make it happen.

It is inspiring to see how business and personal life blend at this immersion. Leaders at different stages of life are ready to engage, up level and bring everybody along. Our group ranged from 11-84 years old. Everyone played full out… Vanguard parents brought their kids to start them early on this extreme-exciting journey of leadership and growth. It is never too early or too late to join a peak performance culture to drive and shape the collective and individual dreams and missions.
