Creating My Development Plan
Thank you to the US Embassy in Ecuador for the invitation to present at the POWER (Providing Opportunities for Women’s Economic Rise) program for student women in STEM careers.
It is humbling and motivating to be able to give back by sharing experiences and tools to support young women in creating their Personal and Professional Development Plan. As they prepare themselves to graduate from university and enter the workforce, building this skill/discipline will open a space of freedom to dream and to set daring goals.
Sincerely grateful for the experience, for getting to know this great group of women, and for taking part in this excellent initiative to guide women become stronger individually and as contributors to society.
