“Give more value than what you receive…” that is the Unblinded definition for Integrous Influence. A great way to live life driven by mission and purpose.

It has been two years since I joined Unblinded. From all the business-personal development programs I have attended, this without a doubt is the best. It shows the What, Why and How to become a more skillful and stronger leader-influencer that drives high performance results in a scalable and sustainable way. All this, through its formula which provides me with a HOW in a way that has helped me to translate, verbalize and track the way I go about my approach /activities at a personal and professional life. Now when people ask me what is your secret sauce, I can spell out with more ease a recipe that can be understood and taught. This has been a great gift, as it is a key skill to accelerate my personal growth, build stronger relationships and enhance my coaching, mentoring and facilitating abilities in favor of those I serve and support in the business world.

The effectiveness of the Unblinded program is based on repetition through daily practice sessions, huddles to share insights and full immersion events. This regular connection points and the extraordinary community of business leaders, has created an ideal place for transformation, evolution, growth and acceleration.

It has been great to see Sean R. Callagy’s vision come to life in the growth of this movement and community. We all, as his students, are the living proof of the legacy he is creating. The openness and generosity to allow us to see how his successful partnership is shaped with Fernando Jesus Valencia and Adam Gugino, as well as the formation and growth of the Unblinded team, is a living testimony and example on how to up level skills while shaping a high performing culture to deliver strategy and mission. This deep generosity to share not only the concepts they teach but also the learning as they grow as a team provides a view on what we can expect as each one of us grows our practices / businesses.
