I had the pleasure to participate and deliver a team effectiveness training at the Exploration & New Ventures leadership team three-day workshop. It was super exciting and insightful to experience this team in action: Geologists, Commercial Experts, Business Developers, Planners, HR, and many more. It makes me proud to be part of ExxonMobil!
Bright minds of multiple disciplines, driven to make a difference to solve the energy challenges of the world. This team of Geologists are scientists that study the materials, process and the history of the Earth. In the Oil & Gas industry, they devote their lives to explore the earth surface in search of energy and storage sources. It is amazing to see the progressive technology, data analysis, and advanced decision making that goes into this science.
Leadership, passion, drive, commitment, courage, care, enjoyment are a few of the characteristics of this exceptional global team.
