Who am I? And What is my offering to the world?

These two questions I often ask myself. With this in mind, over the past 20 years I have made it a priority to take time to reflect, gain new perspective, refocus, decide, take action and integrate. Full immersion events are the space I have found to be a very effective way to learn and get connected with people who are on a similar path of continuous self-upgrade. This has been my key to continue with my self-development and alignment to my personal purpose and mission:

“Help people become more self-aware so that they can become the best version of themselves”

Over this past weekend, I attended my 3rd Unleash the Power Within (UPW) event, I have noticed the deep transformation and clarity I have gained since my first event in July 2019. Many people asked me what do you keep going to this event? The answer is simple, every time I attend a new version of myself shows up and is ready to continue to learn and upgrade. Mastery comes from repetition and allowing time for the insights to integrate on my day to day actions.

I can proudly describe myself as a business woman with deep expertise in Human Resources in the corporate world that over the past years has been able to integrate my passion for Human Transformation into my HR practice. After many self-immersion events, I have found the language and created the approach to marry the two worlds I operate in: 1) the traditional technical and process orientation of HR with 2) coaching and leadership / team development to enable people transform personally and professionally in the business world. It is a winning formula where work becomes a propeller of people’s personal and professional life while the business benefits from higher levels of motivation, performance and results.

I have aligned to my personal purpose and mission by infusing the heart and unleashing the power of human transformation to the HR technical and processes. This is the next level of enablement to run successful businesses. That is where I operate! This cannot be achieved alone... and I believe that Proximity is Power … Then, I belong to powerful communities that stretch and support me on my growth journey. We learn from each other and challenge ourselves to support each other and bring every time a more polished version of ourselves. These full immersion events provide me with the opportunity to be exposed to extraordinary presenters and get to connect / know at a deeper level extraordinary leaders and friends. We become the 5 closest people to us… then I make sure to surround myself with friends that focus on continuous growth to improve themselves and our industry, communities, with the intent of having a positive impact in the world.
