Women supporting women

During times of transition, we often find that kind tribe that welcomes and supports us. In my case, I was blessed with a group of four women HR leaders that opened their world to me. They were that safe space that mentored and showed me the new ways I needed to learn in the US work environment.

Their extraordinary personal & professional stories, technical expertise, kindness and friendship were an example of excellence. They impeccably showed ways to balance business decisions while caring for its employees; creating a healthy balance that attracted and retained talent for ExxonMobil. It was with most pleasure that I observed how their experience and mastery helped shape different practices in Benefits Design & Administration, Divestments & Acquisitions, Expatriate and Domestic Employees Mobility, Compensation Design & Administration. They exhibited mastery throughout their career and were open to share and shape the future generations of HR.

Barbara Lynch, Ginny Gen, Linda Ford, and Digna Rodriguez thank you for your friendship, support and willingness to coach and mentor me. I am most grateful for the years I shared with you, as they helped me to become a stronger and more skillful professional under your wing. You are an example of women HR leaders that transformed, evolved and built a legacy…

You built a tribe with strong connections and ties that went beyond the work hours and has outlived your retirement. I am honored to have been able to learn from you, extraordinary human beings. Thank you again!
