Back from Guyana again!

This time I went to co-facilitate a workshop for the Production Leadership Team. They took the time to learn more about themselves and each other to upgrade their skills and continue to further Build Relationships, Grow in their Leadership and Strengthen Trust. All these, key traits in high performing teams.

As a team, we understand that any transformation and change starts with each person’s commitment and daily actions. It takes courage and vulnerability to open up, share and have sincere and transparent conversations. This team has it all!
