My passion is to help leaders discover/ awaken to their purpose. This comes out of a fascination to learn from their personal and professional life stories which reflect the deep WHY of WHAT they do and enjoy. Their level of excitement is contagious… they infect us with their high level of energy, focus and passion. It is that type of infection that we will be happy to be around!
This weekend I had the pleasure to visit Ileana Ferber. I enjoyed listening to her stories and the professional and personal milestones she is achieving. Her energy and dedication to help governments new to Oil & Gas is evident. She takes pride in helping them elevate their actions in service of their country, their citizens and the industry. Her hunger to continue learning and growing to better support and serve this mission is admirable.
